Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific

The brand-new accommodations will add to Hilton’s continuing collection of more than 170 deluxe and lifestyle resorts that are currently working in Apac, bringing it closer to its goal of surpassing 250 hotels in the coming years.

Global hospitality team Hilton is readied to debut 8 labels under its luxury and life-style sector across various Asia Pacific (Apac) markets this year. In an April 27 news release, the team said more than 15 openings are prepared for the area under this segment in 2026.

2 of the brands building their coming out are entirely new to the Apac region: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was assigned by UOL Group to handle NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the previous Faber House site around Orchard Roadway. According to UOL Group’s annual report released in early April, the hotel is planned to open in the 2nd half of 2026.

On the other hand, Signia by Hilton Tainan, placed in Taiwan, is a 344-key property readied to open in July this year. The opening of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will bring Hilton’s overall presence in Apac to 16 brands– over half of its 27-brand portfolio.

“Asia Pacific continues to be a powerful progress engine for Hilton, and this most current wave of brand entries mirrors the solid need we are observing from proprietors for differentiated, high-performing companies,” says Alan Watts, head of Hilton, Asia Pacific.
