The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

The Great Room presently operates 7 places in Singapore, consisting of offices at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.

Real estate following hospitality-led company provider The Great Room– extending Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to use under the Industrious brand, starting July 1.

The rebrand comes four years right after US-headquartered Industrious– currently a unit of CBRE– acquired homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.

The Great Room also presently operates 2 locations in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same idea that work should feel human,” states Su Anne Mi, managing supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That philosophy is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it carries forward under the Industrious label.”

Laborious plans to broaden its Apac profile by greater than 50% over the following 12 months, including the starting of 3 new places in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider worldwide development, with the firm intending to open up over 60 new areas worldwide in 2026.

” Creating an one global brand links our group and members all over the core values that have always specified us: costs hospitality, attractive layout, and a true feeling of belonging,” adds Gentry Long, head of state of Industrious.

The action will merge Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, previously operating under The Great Room, right into its international network, the company said in a June 17 release.

The 3 brand-new locations slated to open in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
